The GFS-type xipuli dust seal is an upgraded product of the J-type frameless dust seal, which is a standard product in the petrochemical industry under the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. Its main function is to prevent the entry of powder, dirt, sand, and metal shavings. This is achieved through a special design that significantly reduces scratching, protects the guiding components, and extends the service life of the seal. The GFS-type double-lip dust seal seals the piston along the cylinder direction. It does not require special screws or brackets for installation, does not demand strict tolerances, and does not need metal inserts. The dust seal is a continuous ring shape that can be easily installed into the groove. In addition, the sealing lip facing the medium reduces residual oil film, and the polyurethane rubber material ensures excellent characteristics during dry friction, increasing wear resistance. It also has good resistance to ozone and radiation caused by climatic conditions, extending its service life.

It is important to avoid contact between the lip and the piston rod eyelet or other connecting components.
