The GT (UN, UPI, USI, TTU) type xipuli is a commonly used general-purpose seal for pistons or piston rods, with the same dimensions as the UN type seal groove, allowing for interchangeable use. Due to its structural design, which is suitable for both piston sealing and piston rod sealing, it is not recommended for working conditions with high sealing requirements. Its sealing effect is inferior to that of dedicated piston seals or dedicated piston rod seals.
Scope of application:
Working pressure: ≤35pa, working temperature: -30~+100℃, surface velocity: ≤0.5 m/s, hardness: 92A±2, material: XA-2092 is a nano-modified high-performance polyurethane material independently developed by Xipul. Compared with other polyurethane materials currently available on the market, its main advantages include improved high-temperature resistance, enhanced hydrolysis resistance, and reduced compression deformation. It can produce products with a maximum diameter of 4500mm.
