GHS type xipuli is a commonly used general hydraulic and cylinder seal ring for small-section shaft holes, suitable for hydraulic cylinders or cylinders on general mechanical equipment. Due to its structural design, which requires both piston sealing and piston rod sealing, it is not recommended for working conditions with high requirements for sealed shafts. Its sealing effect is not as good as that of dedicated piston seals or piston rod seals.
Application scope:
Working pressure: ≤30 MPa; working temperature: -30~+100℃; surface speed: ≤0.5 m/s; hardness: 92A+2; mainly used for piston sealing or piston rod sealing of ordinary hydraulic cylinders and air cylinders.
Material: XA-2092 is a nano-modified high-performance polyurethane material independently developed by Xipuli. Compared with other polyurethane materials currently available on the market, its main advantages include improved high-temperature resistance, enhanced hydrolysis resistance, and reduced compression deformation.
