Based on the introduction of the standard dual-purpose shaft and hole seal YA type from the former Soviet Union, and in response to the domestic forging and hydraulic machinery, agricultural machinery industry, and other industries\' requirements for leak-free and long-lasting hydraulic sealing systems, a dedicated piston (hole) seal has been developed without changing the original groove dimensions.
Scope of application:
Operating pressure: ≤30Mpa; Operating temperature: -30~+110℃; Surface velocity: ≤0.8m/s. Mainly used as seals for piston holes on forging hydraulic presses, rubber vulcanizing machines, and various hydraulic cylinders or air cylinders with small cross-sectional requirements.
Installation: These seals should have axial clearance. To avoid damage to the sealing lip, do not pull the seal over sharp edges during installation.
Material: XA-1092 is a nano-modified high-performance polyurethane sealing material independently developed by xipul. The invention patent number is: 201110257111.7. Compared with other polyurethane materials on the market, its main advantages include improved heat resistance, excellent resistance to aging and hydrolysis, small compression deformation, long service life, and the ability to process products with a maximum diameter of 2.5 meters.
